Spring Festival Notice
Due to our logistics company's Spring Festival vacation from 24 January to 6 February, we will not be able to ship products during this time. However, you can still place orders, and we will provide tracking numbers during the holiday.

All orders will be processed and shipped starting 7 February when we resume work.

Shipping Policy

At Hunny Life, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and efficient delivery of your orders. Our order delivery process consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time. Please read below for a detailed explanation of our shipping policy.

Processing Time:

Upon placing an order and receiving payment, we undertake several essential steps, including order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Typically, we dispatch all orders within 72 hours. However, due to the high volume of orders, it may take up to 5-7 working days. Customized products require a production time of 7-10 days, and certain designs may take 7-20 days.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.

Delivery Timeframes:

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the availability of the item in stock. Please find the estimated delivery timeframes below:

  • USA & Canada:
    • Premium Secured Shipping & Insurance: 4-14 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock)
    • DHL: 3-7 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock)
  • Australia & New Zealand:
    • Premium Secured Shipping & Insurance: 7-14 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock)
    • DHL: 3-7 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock)
  • U.K & Europe:
    • Premium Secured Shipping & Insurance: 7-14 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock)
    • DHL: 3-7 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock)
  • Other Countries:
    • Premium Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2-6 Weeks (If Your Item Is In Stock)
    • DHL: 3-7 Days (If Your Item Is In Stock) (Some countries are only eligible for DHL shipping)

Shipping Cost:

We offer several shipping options to cater to your preferences:

  • Standard (Tracking Included): Free Shipping
  • Premium (Insurance + Tracking included + Priority Processing): Free on orders over $50, $3.99 for orders under $50
  • Express Shipping (DHL): $25

Other Information:

Insured Shipping: In case your item is lost or arrives damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement item at no extra cost, subject to sufficient proof.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery is prioritized within our daily shipping list. However, please note that delivery times may remain similar to standard shipping times due to order volume. Your item is also insured.

Some products may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations, resulting in different arrival times.

Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update with accurate information. Please visit our website to track your order.

Shipping times may vary for certain countries. Free shipping is available for orders over $50 in select countries.

Changes Request and Order Cancellation:

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at info@hunnylife.com within 6 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the product is shipped or in production, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

Customized Products:

For customized products that have already been designed or are in production, we cannot modify the custom information or cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding.
