We want you to be completely satisfied with your gift jewelry from Hunny Life. If you encounter any issues, please review our return policy below:

Return Request:
You have a 30-day window starting from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at info@hunnylife.com, and our team will gladly guide you through the next steps.

Return Timeline:
For a successful return, make sure to send back the item(s) within 3 working days after receiving the return address from our team. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure for Broken or Defective Items:
In the event of a broken or defective item(s), we kindly request that you attach a clear picture showcasing the issue(s) and provide a description of the problem. If you are unable to send a picture, don't worry, just let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
To facilitate a smooth return process, we will issue you an RMA number and a return address. Please prominently write the RMA number on the label or the outside of the box. We require the RMA number to process your request. Additionally, kindly provide us with a tracking number via email at info@hunnylife.com.

Shipping Responsibility:
You will be responsible for covering the shipping fee for returning the item(s) to us.

Processing Time:
Once your package arrives at our facility, please allow a few days for processing. In rare cases, it may take up to 14 days. During this time, our warehouse staff will carefully inspect and verify the returned items.

Confirmation and Finalization:
Upon completion of the verification process, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your return and finalize the refund or exchange process, as applicable.

    Please Note:

    • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • In the case of a return for a broken or defective item, a partial refund may be issued.
    • Hunny Life gift cards and Personalized Jewelry are non-refundable, and we do not offer exchanges for any product.

    REFUNDS

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

    Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:

    1. Check your bank account again to verify if the refund has been processed.
    2. Contact your credit card company as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
    3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary and may cause delays in the refund posting. If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@hunnylife.com, and we will be glad to assist you further.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for returns and refunds. These items include:

    1. Products that the buyer simply does not like.
    2. Products with an unusual smell, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
    3. Orders with shipping addresses provided incorrectly, resulting in non-delivery.
    4. Orders where tracking information has been deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
    5. Please note, the original shipping cost incurred for your order is non-refundable. In the event of a return, the shipping fees initially paid to receive the item will not be included in your refund amount.
